The Blasts credits reference
Blasts Credits: Pricing, Usage, Transfers & How They Work
Blasts credits are the prepaid units you spend to send Blasts. This page explains, in plain language, what a credit pays for, why receiving is free, how credits reach your account, and where you can buy them. BlastCredits is an Authorized Blasts Partner; the credits are genuine Blasts credits, the same units you already send with.
What Blasts credits are
A Blasts credit is a prepaid unit of sending on the Blasts network. Credits are bought as one-time deposits, they never expire, and there is no monthly subscription. Whether you buy from Blasts.app directly or through an Authorized Blasts Partner like BlastCredits, the credits are identical and land in the same Blasts account you already use.
What one credit pays for
Credits are consumed per recipient. One typed Blast to one recipient consumes one credit. A voice Blast consumes two credits per recipient. When you send to a distribution list, you spend one credit (typed) or two (voice) for each person on the list.
| Action | Cost |
|---|---|
| Typed Blast, per recipient | 1 credit |
| Voice Blast, per recipient (up to 3 min, auto-transcribed) | 2 credits |
| Receiving a Blast | Free |
A typed Blast is a rich message with formatting, images and links. A voice Blast is a browser recording with automatic transcription.
Receiving is free, and credits never expire
Only the sender spends credits. If someone Blasts you, it costs you nothing. Because credits are one-time deposits with no expiration and no subscription, you can buy what you need and use it whenever you send, with no pressure to spend by a deadline.
Why a connection is required, and where credits live
Blasts only delivers to approved connections. A recipient approves each sender before any message can arrive, and can revoke, mute or silently cut off a sender at any time. That permission model is what keeps Blasts spam-free. It is also why purchased credits are delivered into a connected Blasts account, the same account you send from, rather than to an email address or a stranger. Blasts lets users transfer prepaid credits to paired contacts, so once your account is connected with BlastCredits, your credits are moved into it.
How BlastCredits delivery works
At checkout you tell us your Blast ID or the email on your Blasts account. Once your account is connected with BlastCredits, eligible purchases are transferred to it immediately after successful payment. If you have not connected yet, we email you a connection link right after checkout and transfer your credits the moment you connect. Your order page shows the exact Blasts account the credits were delivered to.
Buying direct vs. through an Authorized Blasts Partner
You have two ways to buy the same genuine Blasts credits. You can buy at Blasts.app list pricing, or through Authorized Blasts Partner BlastCredits.com. As published in August 2026, Blasts.app list pricing includes a free tier (3 typed Blasts per month), Starter at $50 for 20,000 typed Blasts, and Pro at $500 for 500,000. BlastCredits purchases credits in volume and passes the savings on, with more package sizes, a $10 Try It package below the Blasts.app minimum, and more credits at the comparable $50 and $500 purchase levels.
Nonprofit bonus, volume, and developer pricing
Verified churches and qualifying nonprofit organizations receive 20%+ bonus Blasts credits on eligible Everyday packages through $500; you can apply on the Verified Nonprofit Savings page. For larger needs, BlastCredits packages run up to 10 million credits with custom volume quotes above that. Teams building on the Blasts Partner API draw down one credit per successful recipient, so credit price matters at scale; a dedicated developer pricing program is planned, with early-access registration available.
